I used a few different companies on this card starting with the Reverse Confetti circle of waves die. I cut it multiple times from cardstock to try and mimic a rainbow. The stamp set is Magical Friends from My Favorite Things and it was colored with Copic markers. I used a Lawn Fawn cloud stencil to lightly stencil the background. To finish it off I cut black sparkle paper with a stitched rectangle die.
